What photos work best?

Send 1–3 original, sharp photos in natural light: one clear face view and a side or full-body view if possible. Show their markings, ears and tail. Avoid filters, screenshots, heavy shadows, motion blur and cropped faces. Tell us about anything the photos don't show clearly.

What can I change in the preview?

One consolidated round of minor changes is included: a marking, collar color or small facial adjustment. Fixing our mistakes does not use up that round. A different style, new poses, extra pets or a completely new theme are outside this pack's scope.

What if the likeness isn't right?

Tell us at the preview stage so we can correct it. If we cannot reach a reasonable likeness, we will offer a refund. You can also request a full refund before artwork starts. Our existing 3-day satisfaction guarantee still applies.

Will my photos be posted publicly?

Submitting photos for an order does not give us permission to advertise with them. We ask separately before sharing customer photos or finished artwork publicly. Newsletter signup is separate, too. See our privacy policy.

Can I order more than one pet?

These pilot packs feature one dog per order. Multi-pet designs are planned for later. Email us if you'd like to help test them.

Can I use the artwork commercially?

These packs are for your own personal use. Please don't resell or distribute the files. Read our personal-use license.
